By accessing and using VelociPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VelociPDF provides free, browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF files. All processing is performed client-side in your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

  • You may use VelociPDF for personal and commercial purposes.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you use with our tools.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The VelociPDF name, logo, and website design are the property of Velocity Apps. You retain all rights to your own files and documents processed using our tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. File Responsibility

Since all processing happens in your browser, you are solely responsible for your files. We recommend keeping backups of your original files before processing them with any tool.

8. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products/services they promote.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
